In partnership with our residents and their loved ones we create bespoke care plans that build not only a picture of their health and wellbeing needs, but emotional needs, and who they are as an individual. Our residents are free to spend their time how they choose whether taking part in an activity, such as a craft or baking session, or simply relaxing in the garden with a good book.
We empathise with the common concern that when moving into a care home you may feel that you are leaving a previous life behind, however we encourage our residents to retain their independence as far as possible, yet they can be safe in the knowledge that we are there whenever needed.
Our dedicated carers are there around the clock to offer support, providing personal care as well as companionship. Its this close bond that helps create a special environment with our homes. By working closely with other healthcare professionals, we are able to care for any residents who may have underlying health conditions, which enables our residents to remain in the comfort of their home when they might need medical support, rather than going to hospital.
Each of our homes have qualified catering teams who prepare a variety of seasonal home-cooked meals, with taste and nutrition at the heart of every dish, and our residents can select from a variety of daily menus.
Should the time come for a resident to need palliative care, we work closely with palliative care specialists and district nurses so that we can continue to care for them in the comfort and privacy of their home, reducing the likelihood they will need to spend their final days in hospital.
Salveo Care nursing homes provide an environment where residents can receive high-quality nursing care, delivered with patience and kindness.
We recognise the importance of creating a harmony between the nursing care in an environment, and also supports our residents to be as comfortable as possible. Our trained staff are available 24 hours a day to support residents medical needs as well as provide any emotional support as needed. It is not uncommon for many of our nursing residents to have conditions where they may rely solely on our staff to support them with activites many take for granted, such as personal care, medication and mealtimes. Our nursing staff pride themselves on delivering care with compassion and always treating every resident with dignity and respect.

Our website is based on a content management system hosted by Strikingly LLC in the USA – and the data capture from our contact form is securely retained by them as a back-up.
We do not however transfer any data received out of the European Economic Area (EEA).
